Tap replacement

A dripping tap is usually a worn cartridge or washer, but on an older tap the fittings underneath are often seized solid. We check the isolation valves and the tails before quoting so there are no surprises on the day. See the tap replacement page for what we check.

Radiator installation

Unvented cylinder installation and servicing

Unvented cylinders need G3 qualified hands, and ours are. They also need servicing every year so the expansion vessel and the safety valves keep doing their job. We install new cylinders and service existing ones. The unvented cylinder page sets out what a service includes.

Power flushing

Once a year. The service checks the expansion vessel charge, the pressure reducing valve, the temperature and pressure relief valve and the discharge pipe. Skipping it can void the cylinder warranty and lets small faults turn into leaks. We are G3 registered to carry it out.
